Adam, Ryan, Rosie and Noemie bring together years of exemplary customer service and sailing skills to share their passion of sailing.
Captain - Adam
I grew up on the South cost of England, where sailing was a passionate hobby of mine.
In 2012 I was given an opportunity to race in the St Barths Bucket where I began my super yachting career.
Since then, I have been building my skillset and knowledge of the sea and service industry and after rising through the ranks of yachting, I am now proud to say I have achieved my dream of becoming a super yacht captain.
I have now been running SY Sorceress for 15 months and am loving every aspect of the job.
Myself and my crew pride ourselves on keeping the yacht in impeccable condition, sailing her safely and most importantly, ensuring our guests enjoy their time on board to the fullest.
We look forward to welcoming you on board Sorceress and giving you a most wonderful cruising experience.
Mate / Engineer - Ryan
I’m Ryan, the Mate/Engineer on board. I’m from the South Island of New Zealand, and I’ve spent most of the last 15 years working around the world on Yachts, from small coastal charters to high latitude expeditions and everything in between.
I’ve got a passion for the ocean, and all that’s on, or in it! I love a spot of fishing when I get the time, love freediving and scuba, as well as water-sports in general.
I’m looking forward to welcoming you on board.
Chef -Rosie
Having worked since a young age as a line chef I grew deeply interested in whole, fresh and minimally processed foods.
After graduating from the London college of Naturopathic medicine, my career in gastronomy greatly shifted to helping others reach optimum energy and vitality through the use of cuisine.
As a chef specialising in ethical and sustainable cuisine I strive to find innovative ways to change people's perception of the flavour possibilities of food. I aim to prepare food as a means to prevent illnesses and nurture a goal of complete wellbeing physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Stewardess - Noemie
My name is Noémie, I’m Sorceress stewardess, I grew up in the French Alps spending time outdoors.
I fell in love with sailing a few years back during my travels around Australia and it completely change my life.
I hope my experience working on the ocean will help you to have the best time onboard.
